Any videoconference can be rescheduled for reasons agreed with the practitioner in question for a session to be held on any future date at least 48 hours before within the initially chosen shift, without any type of refund.
If the practitioner cannot participate in the reserved videoconference, another alternative date or time may be offered, registration for the new date must be requested at least 48 hours before by email: contacto@silopiensasdilo.com
If there is any technical problem during the videoconference, by either party, a new appointment will be rescheduled.
In case of missing a rescheduled videoconference, it will be given by sight.
